Dear Parents/Guardian:
The Parents’ Association will be holding a fundraising Cake Sale & Baking Competition for the pupils of St. Pius X on
Friday, 16th June, in the school hall (Drop off before 9 am).
Baking Competition – UNDER THE SEA THEME

We are seeking St Pius X Star Bakers to create their best “Under the Sea” themed cookie, brownie, cupcake or cake.
The competition is split into different class categories, each category will be represented by the Boys School and the Girls School, judging being separate between the boys and girls. All competition winning entries will be sold on the day but photos will be taken of the winners and put up on the PA website after the event.
Here’s how you can help:
● Bake and/or donate cakes, buns and biscuits to the Cake Sale.
● Help out on the day – we are looking for volunteers to give 1 – 2 hours of their time to help out on the day. If you can spare some time please contact the PA contacts listed below.
● Support the Cake Sale & Coffee Break (from 1.00 p.m.) – come along and support the cake sale by staying to enjoy a cup of tea/coffee and a nice treat!
Please note the competition entry (1 item per entry) should be kept separate from the rest of the batch you are donating(see details overleaf).

Also please mark clearly any items that are gluten free.
Please also do not hand in any cake stands or plastic containers as these will not be returned. Please place donations in disposable containers/foil etc.

Thank you for your continued support!
